👉 Where do we ship to? ✨

We deliver within Germany and to all countries of the European Union – with the exception of Austria. 😊📦

👉 How long does shipping take? 📦⏳

It usually takes about 8 business days for your piñata to arrive. In Germany, business days are generally Monday to Friday. This means that if you order your piñata on a Monday, for example, it can expect to arrive the following Wednesday. 😊📦

👉 Why does shipping take so long?

Since each piñata is individually handcrafted with love, we need some time for production. This year, we consciously decided to no longer produce figures for stock. Instead, we only make each piñata after receiving an order.

This is part of our sustainable approach: We avoid overproduction, reduce material waste, and work more resource-efficiently. Every piñata has a specific goal from the start – to make your celebration even more beautiful. 🎉✨

👉 How can I track my order? 📦👀

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your package online and see where your piñata is at any time. 📦✨

👉 How can I return an item?

According to legal regulations, you have 14 days to return your piñata. This period begins on the day we receive confirmation that your package has been delivered.

Should you have received your order and for any reason not be satisfied with your piñata, you can of course return it, provided it was purchased through our online shop.

Please note, however, that according to our company and sales policies, the buyer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the piñata back and have inspected it, we will refund you the full purchase price of the piñata as well as the original shipping costs. However, we cannot cover the return shipping costs, and these must be borne by you. 📦✨

👉 Can I return a personalized or custom-made item?

No. According to our terms and conditions and the applicable legal regulations in Germany, returns are excluded if the piñata is custom-made, personalized, or designed specifically to your specifications.

Since these products are designed and manufactured exclusively for you, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds in such cases.

👉 Can I order a piñata completely customized to my wishes and 100% personalized?

Yes, of course! We would be delighted to create custom piñatas according to your exact specifications.

👉 How much does a personalized piñata cost?

Prices for custom-designed piñatas start at €55 . This amount represents our base price, from which we start depending on the design, size, and complexity.

👉 Do you offer personalized mini piñatas?

Yes! We also make personalized mini piñatas. Please note, however, that we only produce these with a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces .

To give you an accurate price quote, please email us beforehand. The reason for this is that "mini" can be interpreted differently: some people imagine very small piñatas of about 10 x 10 cm , while many of the small piñatas in our online shop, despite being labeled "mini," are actually around 30 cm .

That's why it's important that we clarify together beforehand exactly which size you're looking for. 😊📐
